Happy Tuesday What a beautiful fall morning it is out there. What a wonderful day it is to get protein in ya belly... Mmhmmm...

It's come to my attention to make you all aware that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Yes it is and you know I love to eat. I keep weight on my body so I need you to help me... I am in need of protein shots. A lot of them. I need a lot. I need to fill my stomach. It's healthy and it's good for me. And I'm wide awake and ready to eat. So please find it in those souls of yours to come give your favorite girl her healthy breakfast on this fall morning. I'm feeling deprived. Deprived of all the protein.
