*FYI: I was in a bad accident last year,o and until I have my final hip replacement surgery this year I will need to walk with the assistance of crutches to help me balance. I'm very happy to and very able to partake in the visits I'm offering. I just wanted to be as transparent as possible in case this is a deal breaker for you. I definitely do not want to waste anyone's time.
